This website is operated by Empowerers, Pakistan’s leading eBay and Etsy training platform. Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Empowerers. By visiting empowerers.co, accessing our Learning Management System (LMS) at learn.empowerers.co, enrolling in any course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use any part of our platform or services. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, enrolled students, and any other individuals who interact with our content or services.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • All registration and account information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any individual who does not meet these requirements or who provides false information.

3. Our Services

Empowerers provides digital educational services including, but not limited to:

  • Live and recorded online training courses for eBay and Etsy selling
  • Access to our LMS platform at learn.empowerers.co
  • Dedicated WhatsApp and community group support (for eligible course tiers)
  • Course materials, worksheets, and supplementary digital resources

All services are provided for personal, educational, and non-commercial resale purposes only. The scope, availability, and content of any course may be updated at our discretion without prior notice.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

  1. Course fees are displayed on the respective course pages at empowerers.co and are subject to change without notice.
  2. Payment may be completed via our online payment gateway or through direct bank transfer as communicated at checkout.
  3. All payments are to be made in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
  4. Upon successful payment, you will receive access credentials or a confirmation to your registered email address.
  5. Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is strictly non-transferable.
  6. Empowerers reserves the right to cancel an enrollment and issue a refund if a payment is found to be fraudulent or disputed.

5. Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of purchase. This is the sole and complete return mechanism available. No extensions or alternative return arrangements exist beyond what is stated in our full Refund & Return Policy, available at: https://learn.empowerers.co/refund-policy

By enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read and understood our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on empowerers.co and learn.empowerers.co including course videos, written materials, slides, session recordings, graphics, logos, and branding is the exclusive intellectual property of Empowerers and is protected under applicable law. Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view course content solely for your own learning.

This licence does not permit you to:

  • Record, screenshot, download, or copy any course content
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display any materials
  • Use any content for commercial training, coaching, or instructional purposes
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

Any unauthorised use of our content will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform and services responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

  • (a) Share your account login credentials with any other person
  • (b) Allow any third party to access your enrolled courses using your account
  • (c) Use our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • (d) Post, transmit, or distribute any content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of any third party’s rights
  • (e) Harass, threaten, or disrespect trainers, staff, or fellow students in any community space, group, or support channel
  • (f) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform or systems
  • (g) Transmit any virus, malware, or code of a destructive nature
  • (h) Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with Empowerers
  • (i) Use our platform or course content to deliver competing training services

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Accuracy of Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information on our platform is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that course descriptions, pricing, availability, trainer details, or any other content on our site is always complete, current, or free from error. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our courses provide training on the use of third-party platforms including, but not limited to, eBay, Etsy, Amazon, PayPal, Payoneer, and various sourcing and analytics tools. Please note:

  • Empowerers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any of these platforms. We are not responsible for any changes to their policies, fees, algorithms, or terms that may affect your business or results.
  • Any account suspension, restriction, or loss incurred on a third-party platform is entirely outside our control and liability.
  • Third-party links on our site are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content or practices.

10. User Comments and Submissions

If you provide feedback, reviews, suggestions, or any other submissions to Empowerers whether through our website, email, or community channels you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute that content for any lawful purpose, including marketing and service improvement. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you submit.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our courses and training materials are provided “as is” for educational purposes only. While our trainers hold extensive real-world eBay and Etsy experience, Empowerers makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Specific income levels, business outcomes, or financial results
  • Uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform or LMS
  • The continued availability of any specific course, feature, or resource

Results depend entirely on individual effort, market conditions, platform policies, and factors beyond our control. Any income figures referenced in our marketing materials are illustrative of what is possible, not a guarantee of what you will achieve.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Pakistan, Empowerers, its directors, trainers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform or services
  • Losses incurred through your activity on any third-party marketplace or platform

In jurisdictions where such limitations are not fully enforceable, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Empowerers and its trainers, directors, staff, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your breach of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Your misuse of our platform, content, or services
  • Any content or submissions you post or transmit through our platform

14. Modifications to Services and Pricing

Empowerers reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any course, feature, or service
  • Update course pricing or payment terms
  • Change the structure, content, or delivery format of any course

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

15. Termination

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either party. You may terminate your use of our services at any time by ceasing to access our platform and notifying us at empowerers.marketing@gmail.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to all services, with or without notice, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms
  • We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity on your account
  • Continuation of access would expose Empowerers or its users to harm or liability

All obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Empowerers with respect to your use of our services. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

19. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of our services following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
