We offer a 7-day return window from the date of purchase, strictly as described in this policy. No extensions, exceptions, or alternative return periods apply beyond what is specified herein.

2. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests will be declined in the following circumstances:

- More than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
- The request is made for change of mind after significant course consumption.
- The course was purchased during a promotional, discounted, or bundled offer, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.

All courses and training materials sold by Empowerers are digital products delivered electronically. Due to their instant-access nature:
- There is no physical item to return.
- The 7-day return policy is the sole and complete return mechanism available.
- No further extensions will be granted under any circumstances once the 7-day window has closed.
6. Technical or Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or were unable to access your course due to a technical error on our end, these cases are handled separately from standard refund requests. Please contact us immediately at empowerers.marketing@gmail.com with evidence of the issue. Such cases are not subject to the 7-day window restriction and will be resolved promptly.
